Music Therapy Agency Contracts and GrantsCCTA provides music and art therapy services to clients referred by the following agencies at multiple sites, and funded by corporate support, or state, city or private foundation grants.
Fees and FundingCCTA’s music and art therapy sessions are arranged for families and individuals who have requested services once an opening in the schedule is identified. Referrals are often made by other professionals such as physicians, special educators, case managers, and psychologists, although a referral is not required. An intake is conducted by the therapist with the parent or caregiver, followed by an in-office assessment with the client. Individual or group sessions, frequency and treatment plans are recommended from the assessment. Parent contact is maintained throughout therapy. CCTA offers several options for payment: sliding scale fees (pending grant support), credit card payments, on-site and off-site agency contracts, and insurance reimbursement (Integrated Health Plan). Contact CCTA for specific fee information. Note: Medicaid waivers are paid in other states, and not in Nevada - yet. Help advocacy efforts here. |
